Akash Savdharia is a product leader and technologist at Bridge, where he spearheads the evolution of the Bridge Talent Suite. With a career rooted in scaling complex SaaS architectures and a deep-seated passion for human capital development, Akash is the driving force behind Bridge’s AI-powered skills engine. He is widely recognized for his ability to translate emerging technologies such as generative AI and semantic skill mapping into intuitive tools that solve the skills mystery for global enterprises.

Before joining the leadership team at Bridge, Akash spent over a decade building and optimizing data-heavy platforms, where he developed a product called Patheer, a talent marketplace platform to help companies grow and retain employees by empowering them to discover new career paths and opportunities internally. At Patheer, Akash was at the forefront of the enterprise skills and talent mobility space of HR Technology. In September 2020, Learning Technologies Group (LTG) acquired Patheer to bolster its product and technology expertise in this fast growing market.
