Following a period of significant growth, Bridge is delighted to be recognised as a Core Leader in the 2021 Fosway 9-Grid™ for Talent & People Success. The move follows two years as a Core Challenger and this ‘levelling up’ is a testament to the behind-the-scenes dedication, hard work and innovation displayed over the last 12 months.

The Fosway Group 9-Grid™ report for Talent & People Success is a multi-dimensional model that can be used to understand the relative position of solutions and providers, predominantly within the UK and European markets. Solutions are based on their performance, potential, market presence, total cost of ownership and future trajectories across the market.

David Wilson, CEO of Fosway Group, comments, “Bridge’s shift to a Core Leader position on the 2021 Fosway 9-Grid™for Talent & People Success recognises the company’s ongoing focus on customer success as well as continued product innovation, which are both helping drive growth in a fast-moving marketplace.”

So What Sets Bridge Apart?

Bridge offers an unparalleled people development experience for organisations seeking to build a learning and performance culture at the heart of what they do. We believe that the current business environment needn’t be challenging, which is why we’re leading the way in supporting new learning and development initiatives. Implementing Bridge’s all-in-one learning and performance management platform positively impacts the whole business and helps to strengthen the bonds between L&D and HR.

Our products are capable of being adopted quickly and offer simplicity of use with an intuitive user interface that improves the user experience. When you couple these with advanced and adaptable capabilities to interpret and view data the way you want it, it’s easy to see why we’ve helped over 900 businesses all over the world.

Our Solutions Could Be Your Future Success Stories

Our award-winning solutions are respected by industry analysts, but what does this mean for you? Quite a lot actually! Bridge offers a holistic learning and performance solution that caters to the mid-market and seamlessly combines continuing development and performance management. Success can partly be attributed to the ease with which our products can be integrated into a business as well as the support we provide. The LMS, Performance Management System and mobile app can be swiftly adopted and they also come with 24/7 customer support. In the unlikely event that users do have issues, we’re on hand to offer guidance.

We offer an award-winning consumer-grade user experience and are driving adoption through familiarity with everyday applications. Our expertise means that the LMS is extremely easy to use – both for learners and admins. There are no complex set-ups or configurations, so things are always kept simple and easy. For us, success hasn’t come from complexity; it’s come from providing a product that puts the user experience as its highest priority and provides a powerful array of tools to do the job that you want.

That said, we also believe that success isn’t an end-point but a motivator for even greater innovation down the line. Our philosophy can be summarised as “knowledge is power” and providing access to data is the key for organisations to better understand their own strengths and weaknesses within a learning environment. In the last 12 months, improvements to the analytics and learning performance data from Bridge Analytics mean that gaining valuable insight from that wealth of information is quicker and more intuitive than ever before.

Bridge’s success translates into success for an organisation’s employees too. In order to provide a more personal and meaningful user experience, the implementation of Career Drivers allows users to identify what motivates them as they look for ways to develop in their roles.

What’s Next? A Future Filled With Even More Improvements

At Bridge, we’ll never be content to sit on our laurels and we’re embracing a continuous cycle of improvement that begins with aspirations leading to learning and action. Over the last 12 months, we’ve adopted a more agile approach to talent and have diversified our offerings to provide a broader scope of services to our customers.

As a result of the acquisition by Learning Technologies Group, we’re able to more efficiently expand and deliver our service offerings. We’re implementing our Advanced Video functionality, an LXP that allows learners to create, capture and organise video learning.

Improvements to Talent Review capabilities will not only see many enhancements to UX, but will also include new options in modelling data, better organisation of review inputs, additional review options, and greater flexibility in the question setup. The end-result will be that reviewers are able to effortlessly use the tool and free up their time to better understand the people under review and help them on their career paths.

Peter Brussard, President at Bridge, said: “I’m thrilled to see that all our hard work has paid off with this vote of confidence from Fosway. We’re excited about our roadmap for the future and believe that we’re well-placed to deliver increasingly innovative solutions.”
