Benefits of Respect In The Workplace

The golden rule: Treat others the way you would like to be treated. It is often heard and touted in elementary school classrooms, but it’s a lesson for all ages. Respect. Respect yourself, respect others, and good things will come from it. The golden rule is taught in elementary school but is applicable in every setting and stage of life, and is especially relevant in the business world. Those numbers don’t lie, showing respect to your employees can pay off in huge dividends. Unfortunately, 54% of employees claimed that they don’t regularly get respect from their leaders.
