DON’T BE BORING

Seriously. It’s ok to have fun — maybe even include some cats, everyone likes cats, right? Wait, you’re a dog person? Fine, just put something fluffy and cute in there. If your video is boring, you’ll immediately see your employees’ eyes glaze over and no one wants that.
