Loren Morris
CIO, Hutchinson Community College
Over his 33 year career in information technology industry, Loren as led many innovative initiatives at HutchCC; including the design, development, and implementation of the HutchCC portal and mobile app. Loren has presented at many conferences in his career; most recently serving on a panel of experts at CanvasCon and co-presenting “A Holistic Approach to Information Accessibility” at the Higher Learning Commission (HLC) conference.
Dr. Rhonda Corwin
Dir. of Online Education, Hutchinson Community College
Dr. Rhonda Corwin is a higher education administrator with 20 years of experience in leadership, training, and instructional design. Dr. Corwin specializes in building and leading teams, process development, supporting online students and faculty, and developing accessible online and web supported content for HutchCC end users. Dr. Corwin’s research interests include knowledge transfer, virtual teams, and retaining tacit knowledge.


Jarron Cozad
VP of Talent Development, Mountain America Credit Union
Jarron is the VP of Talent Development at Mountain America Credit Union. Prior to joining the team, he worked for two Fortune 50 companies, IBM and GE, where he was a well-known and recognized manager in his division world-wide. Jarron has a passion for educating, inspiring, and amusing his clients, teams, and peers.
His work has allowed him to travel the world, visiting clients and partners, where he focused his efforts on digital transformation for a variety of industries, such as Education, Finance, and Energy. He has worked to launch new learning management systems with his teams, all while streamlining content, creating new, more efficient tools, and empowering his team to be exceptional at what they do. His work, and the work of his team, was manifested in one company's highest satisfaction survey results. He recently began work partnering with a private higher education institution to assist in developing a new mastering leadership program that will catapult the leadership skillsets at Mountain America.
