Alliances in Learning: Community Partnerships Focused on Employee-First Development

      Wednesday, December 5 @ 1pm MST

Sometimes the reality of life has to take precedence over passion. And the desire to better oneself can always be re-animated if the right environment is created for an individual. Although receiving continuing education credits is not a novel idea, the strategic vision and insightful know-how to implement a program that forges strong bonds with center of knowledge is not easily accomplished. Furthermore, encouraging employees to take advantage of those programs is tricky - because the day only affords 24 hours!

Join our panelists from Mountain America Credit Union (MACU) and Hutchinson Community College, as they share how creating alliances between businesses and higher education institutions ultimately benefits the community as whole because of its transformative influence in the future of people-first, employee-centric learning and development.

In this webinar, attendees will hear about:

      • Why MACU proactively transformed their approach to employee development internally and why they focused on creating deep partnerships with reputable higher education instructions
      • How HutchCC has created innovative roadmaps for supporting local businesses in their effort to extend programs for their employees’ career development
      • Strategies to help you create a roadmap to build key partnerships with systems of higher learning for your employees’ development programs
