Does content display well on mobile devices?
Absolutely! The Bridge mobile app is designed for a smooth, responsive experience on all screen sizes for learners using Android phones, iPhones, tablets, or even Mac computers. Learners can easily access both Bridge-authored and SCORM courses right from the app. Plus, it’s built to meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards, so everyone can learn comfortably.
Is my data secure?
Yes, Bridge LMS is fully SOC 2 Type II compliant. This means we have undergone a rigorous, independent audit to verify that its security controls, data protection measures, and internal processes meet the high standards set by the SOC 2 framework. Bridge also holds ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certifications, further demonstrating our commitment to safeguarding sensitive information and maintaining robust data protection practices.
What devices and operating systems are supported?
The app is optimized for Android and iOS devices including smartphones and tablets. Just a heads up: the app requires Android 8.0 or later, or iOS 16 or later.
Is the app available in multiple languages?
Yes, we support 20 languages in the app.
Can I use the app offline?
If you have downloaded content on your device, you can access that content offline. The results will sync back when you’re reconnected to the internet. (You can only download SCORM courses.)
Can I customize the app with my company’s branding?
Yes! You can add your logo and customize the app’s theme and colors to match your organization’s brand.
Can learners download content from the app?
They sure can—SCORM content can be downloaded for offline viewing, as long as the course admin or author enables this feature. Just note that Bridge-authored courses aren’t available for download at this time.
Does the app support offline learning?
Yes, learners can watch downloaded SCORM content without WiFi. However, other features—like browsing content, checking agendas, or searching for people—require an internet connection.
Will offline progress sync automatically once learners are back online?
Yes, any progress made offline will sync automatically when the learner reconnects to the internet. Just make sure they don’t delete the downloaded content before going back online.
