Bridge Wins Best Employee LMS in Talented Learning’s 2026 LMS Awards
Bridge has been named a Best Employee LMS winner in Talented Learning's 2026 LMS Awards, recognizing our approach to bringing employee learning, skills development, and performance management together.
The recognition comes from independent learning technology analyst Talented Learning, which reviewed hundreds of learning systems and selected 66 winners across six categories.
But what makes this award especially meaningful is why Bridge was recognized: our ability to help organizations go beyond delivering training to developing employees based on the skills they build and how they perform.
Why Did Talented Learning Recognize Bridge as a Best Employee LMS?
Talented Learning's Best Employee LMS category recognizes platforms that support employee onboarding, compliance training, skills development and performance support.
In its 2026 assessment, Talented Learning highlighted what makes Bridge different: "Bridge stands out by bringing learning, skills, and performance management together in a single shared data foundation."
The analysts specifically recognized three strengths:
- Learning management: Make onboarding, compliance training, course creation, and reporting easier for administrators and employees.
- Skills development: Identify skills gaps, map skills to roles, recommend relevant learning, and help employees build the skills they need.
- Performance management: Bring goals, feedback, 1on1s, and development conversations together to support employee growth.
Talented Learning also described Bridge as a practical, integrated approach for midsize organizations that want employee development informed by actual performance.
From Completing Training to Growing Careers
For employees, learning shouldn't end when a course is marked complete. It should help them become better at their jobs, build confidence and see opportunities for what comes next.
That's the experience we're building with Bridge.
Employees can discover learning based on the skills they want to develop, get feedback on their progress and understand how those skills relate to future roles.
With Bridge Career Pathing, they can also explore potential career moves, identify skills they still need and find relevant learning to help close the gaps.
Managers play an important role, too. Because learning and performance live together, managers can use goals, feedback and regular 1on1 conversations to help employees put new skills into practice.
For L&D teams, this means a clearer connection between the training they deliver and the growth they're trying to support.
Why This Matters for Mid-Market Organizations
Many mid-market organizations want to offer meaningful employee development, but don't have large teams or budgets to manage separate learning, skills and performance systems.
Bridge brings those activities together in one easy-to-use platform.
That means L&D teams can spend less time managing disconnected tools, while employees and managers have a more consistent experience for learning and growth.
It's an approach that resonates with our customers:
