Bridge Makes eLearning Industry's Top 20 People's Choice LMS List for 2026
eLearning Industry has named Bridge to its Top 20 People's Choice LMS list for 2026. No judging panel picked the platforms on it. The rankings come entirely from verified reviews written by the people who use these systems every day.
That's why this one means so much to us. It's a direct reflection of what our customers think.
How Does the People's Choice LMS List Work?
eLearning Industry ranks learning management systems using only reviews posted in the past 12 months. Each review is verified individually. The methodology was developed with user-experience expert, Dr. Panagiotis Zaharias.
Reviewers rate each platform on a five-point scale, from "strongly disagree" to "strongly agree," across six measures:
- System usability: How easy the platform is to use
- Perceived usefulness: How much the LMS improves people’s work performance
- Net Promoter Score: How likely users are to recommend it to a peer
- Customer satisfaction: How happy users are with the product and service
- Customer effort: How much effort it takes to get support from the vendor
- Customer expectation: How well the platform and service match what users expected
Those scores are combined into a single weighted score, which sets each platform's place on the list.
Why Do Review-Based Rankings Matter When You're Choosing an LMS?
Every LMS demo looks good. Reviews tell you what happens after the contract is signed: how rollout went, whether learners actually log in, and how quickly support answers when something breaks.
The six measures behind this list map closely to what lean L&D and HR teams care about:
- Will people use it? Usability decides adoption for both admins and learners
- Will it make a difference? Usefulness shows whether training improves how people do their jobs
- Will we get help when we need it? Customer effort shows how easy the vendor is to work with
- Will it deliver what was promised? Customer expectation shows whether the sales pitch matched reality
Because the list only uses reviews from the past 12 months, it also reflects how each platform works today, not how it worked a few versions ago.
See Why Users Rate Bridge Highly
Reviewers keep coming back to one thing: Bridge connects learning, skills, and performance in one place, so training doesn't sit off on its own.
That's what we build Bridge for. Even a small team can see who's trained, where the skill gaps are, and what each person needs next.
