1. Kick-Off. We get to know your unique business needs and structure. Based on your input, we create a custom project plan for your Bridge rollout. We then schedule training (as much or as little as you’d like), gather configuration requirements, and launch the Bridge environment.
2. Configuration and Training. Bridge comes out-of-the-box ready, with all of its features fully enabled upon launch, but you have the option of integrating some nifty external services and applications. We also provide continued training on content creation and user management. (Since Bridge is so user-friendly, training is a breeze.)
3. Wrap-Up. We review the implementation with a wrap-up call and schedule upcoming check-ins with your dedicated customer success manager (we’ll talk more about them in a minute).
The bottom line: You guide the rollout. We’ll create a timeline that works for you; we won’t rush you through anything, and we’ll skip any steps you don’t find valuable.
Actually, they prefer to be called customer success managers, or CSMs. Instead of relying on a rep who has no historical knowledge of your account, you’ll have a dedicated CSM who’s personally invested in your Bridge experience. Essentially, you get a member of our team on your team. Just don’t ask them to wear a tuxedo or make your dinner reservations.
One of the most common complaints about LMS providers is slow support response time. This doesn’t fly with us—when you run into roadblocks, you don’t have time to twiddle your thumbs. Bridge reps respond right away (not tomorrow, not within 48 hours), so you and your employees can get back to work. We also encourage active feedback so we can keep making our product better and better.
