At Bridge, we care deeply about the learner experience and the organizational impact of learning and development. That’s why we’re so happy to have been recognized with a number of badges by the independent software marketplace G2 in its latest round of LMS evaluations. G2 badges reflect thousands of real customer reviews and user insights. These badges are feathers in our cap, but more importantly, they help L&D and HR pros like you decide where to place their trust.

We’ve been recognized as a leader across multiple categories—including Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Europe—along with badges for Best Results, Best Estimated ROI, Highest User Adoption, and High Performer. Best of all? We’ve received the highly coveted Users Love Us badge. With our customer empowerment team always going above and beyond for every single customer, we couldn’t be happier with the results.

Leader in Mid-Market: Built for Growing Organizations With Big Goals

We’re so pleased to have received the Leader (Mid-Market) badge. We know that the mid-market is where many L&D and HR teams face the most complexity with the fewest resources. You’re supporting multiple departments, locations, and initiatives—but you may still be a small central team. You need an LMS that can scale without turning into another system you have to manage full-time.

That's why Bridge makes it easy to roll out learning and performance programs and sustain them over time. You can easily author, deliver, and manage programs without a huge internal L&D function.

With automated skills mapping for every job title, course tagging, and personalized learning recommendations, it's easy to empower employees to take the reins of their own career, so you can spend less time chasing completions and more time shaping strategy.

Highest User Adoption: Expert Support That Drives Use

Our Highest User Adoption (Enterprise) badge is one of our favorites! Bridge is easy to navigate, integrated into workflows, and aligned with how managers coach and communicate. So organizations see better completion rates, more meaningful engagement with content, and more reliable data for leadership reporting.

Our expert team is on hand to advise on user adoption as well. With a thriving community, a rich library of how-to articles, and comprehensive roll-out resources, you'll have all the support you need to ensure Bridge is used to its full extent at your organization.

Best Results, Best Estimated ROI, and High Performer: Helping Lean Teams Deliver Impactful Training

We’re very happy to have been awarded Best Results, Best Estimated ROI, and High Performer. These awards highlight something we hear consistently from customers: they get value from Bridge. Even lean teams can use Bridge to automate compliance, deliver targeted learning, and connect development to performance conversations—without adding headcount just to run the LMS.

Additionally, powerful analytics features help you demonstrate the results of your learning initiatives to even the most challenging stakeholders. With custom reporting, you can choose the metrics that matter most and illustrate how training programs are fully aligned with business targets.

A Leader Across the Market and in Europe: Learning Results at Scale

Bridge is also recognized as a cross-market Leader and Regional Leader (Europe). These badges show that even with multiple business units, languages, and stakeholder groups, learners, and managers, Bridge drives results. With set-and-forget annual compliance features and easy bulk enrollments, Bridge takes the admin pressure off so that you can focus on what matters most.

The leader badge for Europe also reflects that the Bridge experience holds up across regions, compliance requirements, and cultural differences. With features like multi-language course management and AI-powered translation, we empower global organizations to support staff wherever they work.

Users Love Us: Customer Support That Goes Above and Beyond

Of all the badges, Users Love Us is our favorite—and it may be the most important for L&D and HR decision makers, too. Bridge has received over 343 four or five star reviews on G2, reflecting consistent, long-term satisfaction from real users who use our platform every day.

When customers say they love Bridge, they’re often talking about the things that don’t make it into feature lists:

  • How intuitive it feels when you’re under pressure and need to launch something fast
  • How quickly new admins and managers can become self-sufficient
  • How support responds when you’re facing a tricky deadline or a high-visibility initiative
  • How committed our software and learning experts are to the success of your organization

For your learners, ‘loving Bridge’ means fewer complaints, less resistance, and more self-directed engagement. With clear career pathing and development plans, employees understand what’s expected of them, and feel that learning and development are connected to their careers, not just a box to tick.

For your team, it shows up as less time troubleshooting and more time partnering with the business. Instead of spending your week exporting spreadsheets, rebuilding reports, or explaining how to navigate the LMS, you can focus on designing better programs, enabling managers, and measuring impact.
